Technical Skills Windows Server NT 4.0/2000/2003/2008. Hands on experience Active Directory Citrix XenApp, CPS 4.5, CPS 4.0, XPe Citrix Provisioning Server Citrix Password Manager Citrix Access Gateway Citrix NetScaler Citrix EdgeSight Citrix WANScaler Citrix XenServer Enterprise Edition. Non Technical Skills - Must have excellent teamwork skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information . Qualification Details - Able to build server from scratch. Desired: MCSE certification 2003, minimum of CCA 4.0 or higher. Desired Skills VM-Ware Ability to interface with Customer & Tech Supt Teams Ability to create and modify Operating Procedures Maintain Logs and Daily Outage Reports Perform Citrix Health Checking & maintain audit readiness. Candidate must be prepared to work within a team on a standby roster for 24x7X365 support of customer systems. Will be expected to perform some out of hours work in order to support customer changes. Non-Operations Resources are expected to work prime US Shift (M-F 8AM-5PM EST). Perform off-hours maintenance, normally during scheduled time of Sunday, 6AM-Noon Eastern Std Time. Problem solving ability. Experience with Citrix Common Management Administration tools. Understand Citrix Administration & Architectural Overview Install/Publish applications. Presentation Server 4) Rollout new Citrix Environment Engineer/Review Citrix Feature release/Hot fixes Test and rolling out Citrix Feature release/Hot fixes against production Creating, testing and rolling out new application packages (i.e.. MSI packages) via Citrix Installation Manager Testing Applications after security/hot fixes Troubleshooting Citrix printing issues Rollout & publishing new Citrix printer devices/drivers Backup Citrix Data Store server (when stored locally) Monitoring Citrix processes
