For those that went to their company's convention...can you share the most exciting new thing that is happening with your company (whether it is a fabulous new product or an increase in compensation, etc)?

Where to begin???
#1 would have to be the beaucoup bucks added to the comp plan for new people that can add $34K EXTRA plus 4 trips that they can get in the first 15 months.
#2 would have to be hugely upgraded web capabilities, including awesome websites, widgets, pop-up video, website analysis (hits, where they come from, how long they stay, etc...), lead capture, multi-media library, new global platform to make international sponsoring easier, ability to have site indexed on search engines... and so on!
#3 would have to be 4 new studies that prove that our products will do what we say that they can do (increased anti-aging regulators, increased killer cell activity, increased muscle and less fat after workouts...)
#4 would have to be a much simpler system.
#5 would be that we're going to Disneyland next year!!!

Great new products, Newly designed consultant websites, opening up 3 Provinces in Canada, trips~so many great things!
I'm so glad I went to my first Scentsy Convention! I will not miss another one!

Though there were MANY new and exciting announcements at the Uppercase Living Convention, I'd have to say the one that I am MOST excited about is the UL Photo Prints!
Inside our mini Holiday Catalog (which is also a new addition!), we'll be introducing for the first time, Photo Prints - a new application that allows you to transform any high-quality photo into a larger-than-life, dynamic décor element. They are printed on high-quality vinyl that can be easily placed on any surface - and best of all, they can be removed and reused to your heart's content! It's an incredibly unique way to turn traditional pictures and bare walls into eye-catching works of art.
It'll be available on September 15, and will be a permanent addition to our product offering.

Hmmm...hard to pick just one thing! I just got back from convention last weekend and it was awesome! I had such a great time, catching up with all my Manager's Retreat buddies!
First off, I would have to say it would be the new Leadership Bonus Program, where you can earn up to an additional $52,000.
Secondly, I would say it's the TOTAL revamp of our website. It will look entirely different and is going to be so great for customers and demos, easy to navigate, etc. It will go live on September 1.
Third, I would mention the new team up with Propay (great negotiating) and they had an awesome convention special on the micro card readers.
Of course, this all is in addition to the fabulous new products (eau de parfum) and fragrances, cool new layouts in our catalogs and the new bling to earn for next year!
I'm so excited!!!! Sounds like everyone else had great conventions too! :-)

Organized Living collection is a new line starting October 1
Great training by our toppers in the business.
Convention is always a great place to recharge those batteries and see what hard work and determination can do to one's business. But all that knowledge is wasted if it just sits on the shelf, so this year I will not be a shelf sitter :-)

I was at the Gold Canyon convention with Kim who already posted here!! But I have to just add something to the Leadership Incentive program that excites me greatly!!
Expanding on what Kim said, you can earn up to 52,000 as an extra bonus for achievment. This does not include the income from your personal sales commission, downline override commission, personal sales overrides, and bonuses based on the periodic Incentive programs Gold Canyon offers (I earned over $800 this summer just in bonuses through these "special" programs!!)
But the part that excites me greatly is that the bonuses stack!!! At 4 hours a week time invested, I may not make the 52000 bonus. But it is totally doable for me to achieve $7000 in bonuses by next year's convention at my current time invested.
This program will nearly DOUBLE my income from this business, at 4 hours per week, for the coming year. Now THAT's exciting!!!!
