so I received the e-mail today that I have to agree to the NDA waiver etc....all I have to do is agree to all the questions on the website and hit "save" and they receive it that way. How long will I have to wait to take the exam part? Do I have to fax anything yet at this point. Thanks..

They will sent you another email in a day or two letting you know what your test date will be, so hang tight.
