We need up to four professional admins with a pleasant phone demeanor and attention to detail who are able to call customers to remind them to place orders on our online site. Occasional need to record any customer issues and forward them on to our support team.
There is no selling required, although upselling skills would be an asset.
Work from home -- between 4 and 8 hours/day for 1 - 2 days per week.
You MUST have:
Good References
Unlimited long-distance phone plan
Computer with Office 2007 including Outlook
High Speed Internet Access
Compensation starts at $8/hour -- although if you have selling skills, the job could evolve into a telemarketing/telesales role
Requires one half day of training at our Lakewood Office.
