For test number 2, do I need to call on the phone I'd be using for the job? Or can I call on my cell phone? Is this just a voice test or an interview or what? Feel free to PM me the answer to the last question.

Just wondering if you took the phone test yet? I have that next and just haven't found 15 minutes of uninterupted time! Let me know how it went for you and what to expect. Thanks!

You call and they give a few scenarios, you can only listen to them once and then you have a minute to prepare a response and then 3 minutes to say how you would respond. My husband didn't hear the first question so he just hung up. You don't get a 2nd chance so make sure you're ready to listen before you start the test.
