Hey everyone! I was asked this today and I'm not sure how it works.

A customer wants to order from me (she's in Kentucky, I'm not) and wants to ship the candles elsewhere (not to her home).

Is this possible? If so, how does it work? Is it best she order from my website, or is it best for me to place the order?

TIA!

You can do it several ways, but if she is just ordering a few items, it would be much simpler to have her order off your website and shipped to where ever she wants them shipped to. If you have the product on hand, i would then ship it myself and just charge extra for shipping and mail them to her.

I would recommend she just order off your site. It's easiest for all involved. ;) The company handles it all!

I would also suggest having her order from your website.
It's much easier that way...

if she is ordering at least 6-you have shipped right to her....you make more $$ that way. I ship direct to people all the time. I call in the order so an invoice is not sent with it. very easy to do and more profit for you.
