So, last night I was on taking questions...
I had a question who wanted the lyrics to a certain song and the previous agent was sending the wrong lyrics.. so i told an op. She said to give them correct lyrics, let them know what happenened, and send no charge.
I did that. and I remember specifically putting the rest of the lyrics in the comments sand putting that she told me to send NC in the comments.
Well, this morning i go back and look at my answers and the comment is not there and on top of that for some reason it is at 158 chars and more and not 160. i also remember that i sent 160!!!!
so now, when i get reviewed it'll look like that i sent the lyrics at no charge....they didn't get my comment that it was the wrong lyrics so the customer continued to get the wrong lyrics...when i get reviewed for that day it will be bad cuz of that!!!!

Wow, I dont think that has ever happened to me. Are you clicking the "View customer history" on the question when your looking at the review?

Your comments won't always appear. I've had this happen to me too but the reviewers can see the customer history and will know why you sent the lyrics no charge. Don't worry too much about it :)

This has happened to me. I've never *not* added more for any reason, but this happened in a review batch and I was marked off in the review. There really wasn't much I could do.
