Telemarketer for Real Estate Investor (Your Place (san diego area based only))

I need a telemarketer who can call from thier own home between 10-20 hours per week. If you are good, I can give you more hours. You don't need to close anybody. I need you to call people who have their houses list for sale and rent out of the newspaper. I will give you a simple script which you will follow. If they qualify, that is a lead. We are looking for Leads, not for you to sell.
Below are the requirements for the job (independent contractor). Please follow the directions below to be considered.
1. You must have telemarketing experience (at least 1 year)
2. You must have a seperate phone line in your house (you can get one for $24.99 from vonage). If you are good, I will pay for your phone line after a few weeks.
3. You must have the ability to log your own hours and be accurate
4. You must be able to laugh at yourself and handle a rude individual every now and then
5. You must be motivated to work without somebody sitting over your shoulder.
6. You must be able to follow directions.
Please respond in two paragraphs exactly (no more, no less) and tell me why this job is for you. Feel free to impress me with your accomplishments.

* Compensation: $8.00 an hour plus $2.00 a lead.
