I'm hosting an engagement party at my house soon, and the bride wants caviar, posh wine and sushi. What is caviar (http://www.caviargalore.com)???? Should I have this catered? I know I probably couldn't perfect it...

Hi no you do not need to have this engaement party cateed. You can purchase cavier from a local seafood vendor, which it's just fish eggs. Ask your bride what is her favorite wine, if she wants a chardonay, merlot or white wine? Add in dfferent tyes of deli cheeses and crackers fund in your local grocery store. There are crackers on the cookie isle fund near your premium cookies should be like your pepridge farm cookie that has crackers I use for events, they are much thinner than ritz or town house. Hope this helps.
