Virtual Administrative Assistant (Work from home)

· Must have strong, typing/DICTATION skills (40 wpm OR HIGHER/90% or above, accuracy).
· $9.50 per hour (will increase after 3 months depending on job performance)

· Must be able to submit daily/weekly reports and provided verbal Client status update on an on-going, regular basis
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, ACCESS and FrontPage 2003 or higher
· Able to take inbound calls AND MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS (in a high-professional and pleasant-sounding phone voice)
· Able to 'cold call' and/or close sale
· Have Data entry capabilities
· Have over 1 years Administrative and/or Virtual Assistant experience
· Have over 1 years of very strong customer service/support experience
· Process incoming orders (telephone and email order confirmation calls)
· Attention to detail (be detail-oriented)
· Arranges work-related duties in order or priority on a daily/on-going basis
· Able to multi-task
· Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
· Able to work in a very small apartment office, approx. 300 sq. ft. shared with Supervisor
· Able to adjust from very fast pace environment, to a very slow paced environment with ease
· Works well under pressure
· Able to meet deadlines
· Quick learner, able to grasp concepts and instructions the first time, every time
· Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken and completion)
