I'm new here and I have been trying to find an at home business. I really like the idea of buying wholesale and selling clothes. Possibly starting an online store. Has anyone had any luck with this? I can't find much info about wholesale clothing here. Do you think this might be something that could work as an online store? I would like to eventually open a shop if all goes well. I don't have much money to start with. I thought I would start with craigslist and work my way up. Please tell me what you think, any and all advice is appreciated! I am a SAHM to a 2 year old boy and a 4 month old boy. My husband thinks I need to get a job and I am heartbroken! I NEED to find something! Thanks!!

Amanda that is a great idea...
Just find a awesome dropship company where you live. And also ebay and other sites can be a Gold Mine for you for your selling.

whhoooopppss! yeah I didn't ever check my private messages! Didn't even know you could do that. lol. yeah sure I could run a business! I can't even figure out how to use the wahm website!;) ok really though Thank you for your responses. Cheryl, i'm going to pm you!, xbok, I've looked at the dropshipping, and found several sites. I'm just a little scared of dropshipping. Do you use it? If you do, do you have much problem with your costumer ordering, and then having your dropshipper out of that item, then having to refund, and so on? That is what I'm afraid of. I have to take my computer in to get fixed today, so if I don't respond until tomorrow its because they didn't get it done. Thank you again!

We started selling liquidation apparel (Shelf pulls and overstock from department stores) back in 2002. It grew into a large retail business where we held what we call Event Sales, which is simply a one or two day liquidation sale.
You could buy shelf pull apparel with original retail tags still attached to resell on Craigslist, eBay or start your own webstore. Of course you can do all three!
My husband is a liquidation consultant and has published numerous articles about liquidation apparel and dropshipping.... Take a look-

If you have any questions you can always PM me, I have a ton of apparel sources!

Mrswahm, I looked at the sites, that seems like it would be a very good way to make money. I found some sites that I like and have bookmarked them for the future. I don't have the money to buy a big case or load yet. Maybe that could be my first goal. start small and save up enough to buy a big lot like that. Thank you for the info!

Why not thinking about starting something in eBay in a small scale. Then when you find the items sell well, can expand gradually. Also good for SAHM while you can manage everything at home. Perhaps you can try some wholesalers who can accept small orders, or reliable dropshippers, so you don't have to spend too much initial cost in stock.

Tactical Market is the great online source to get info about night vision products like ATN Night Vision, night vision camera, night vision rifle scope (http://www.tacticalmarket.com/) and more
