Professional Assessments for Beginning Teachers Program (PRAXIS)

Professional Assessments for Beginning Teachers is a set of rigorous and carefully validated assessments that provide accurate, reliable information for use by state education agencies in making licensing decisions. PRAXIS raters score the essay or constructed response portions of PRAXIS II. Raters are trained to score responses holistically, evaluating the overall quality of thinking and writing against PRAXIS standards. For PRAXIS OSN scoring information, e-mail PRAXISRater@ets.org. PRAXIS raters may score for only one PRAXIS subject at any given time. Only applications from prospective raters who currently do not score for any other PRAXIS assessment will be processed.

If you have a BA or higher ... this would be a killer job. Plus they are legit. Looks like $15 an hour on average.

Best of wishes everyone!
