YES I am sooooooooooooooooo excited, this is such a great opportunity and how luck are we that our company took the time to get with one of the top trainers in the country and customize a training program for us !!! I think that is amazing that they are doing this for us !!!

They are working with Jane D. the co-auther of Build It Big and last night we launched our new Rising Star course. It is a 8 week course that consulants have to submit a letter of intent to be in. There will be assisgments each week for them to complete along with step-by-step training and motivation. Each consultant will choose where they want to be at the end of the course. It it a pilot program.

Congratulations Katie on all of your recent success! Now are you referring to Jane DueberCo-founder of the dswa? She stepped away fromher DSWAjob to do other things. That is great if she is involved with your company. That is so exciting. I love both ofthe build it big books.

It is the same Jane. We are so fortunate to have her expertise! She spoke at our Founders dinner then Friday at our Seminar. It is very exciting that she is helping us redesign our training!!
