I bought something on Ebay, seller sent it to the wrong address, I still don't have it. It's been almost one month. I know there is a time frame to tell Paypal, does anyone know what it is?
I've messed up the time frame in the past, but I want to avoid it this time.
Thanks so much for your time, it's greatly appreciated.
TIA!

Renee

I don't know that there is specifically a time frame to tell Paypal. I think you can just file a complaint at any time. I'd try it and see. I wouldn't think that they would not let you file it later, if you tried to file one sooner. Hope that helps :)

According to PayPal's terms, the buyer has 45 days of payment to file a dispute.

Good luck!

You can simply raise a dispute by following the steps in Paypal. You'll be told what to do next once you've opened the payment detail page in Paypal.
