I'd love to hear from anybody who hears back from this one
I work with a couple of banks - not CSR and their security is so tight I am having a hard time imagining their letting CSRs work from home.

I have to agree. I know there are banks that have work from home people, but the security restrictions would have to be intense. I worked for a bank for 2 years in a call center, and the restrictions there were really strict.

I am having a hard time believing a bank would allow WAH folks to do this job as well--too many variables in play to allow for adequate security.
I looked up the domain post.com and found a spam page at that URL.
There is a "Post.com" domain via mail.com though. Seems like an odd email for a bank to use--even if the rep wanted privacy.
There is a CRT bank, according to google--but it is in Turin, Italy. CRT Savings is considered to be the second largest bank in the world.
Just some thoughts.
