Ok, I have been a wholesale buyer with Arbonne for nearly 5 years. At
one point I was using all Arbonne skin care and got away from it for
one reason or another and even went off Prolief, but still ordered
vitamins and body care stuff. I have tried 3 different skin care brands
in the past 3 years, Mary Kay, BeautiControl and Jafra. I like my
current brand Jafra, but have noticed I don't get as many compliments
on my skin as I used to. Granted my skin will turn 50 this year! Maybe
that has something to do with it?smileys/smiley36.gif
This month I have gotten back on Prolief and already feel the
difference (more energy, my legs don't ache, better nights sleep) Now,
I am going to get back on the skin care to see what happens. I can't
use the entire RE-9 collection because my skin is too oily and I don't
care for the Bio-Matte Collection so I am going to do this routine:
Re-9 Face Wash
Re-9 Toner/ Basic Toner (for break out days if any)
Bio-Hydria SPF 8 for day (doesn't make my face feel oily)
Rejuvenating Cream Or Basic Night Cream Combo/Oily for night
RE-9 eye cream
I like to occasionally do a mask and scrub so here is where you
guys come in. I normally alternated Extra Strength Masque with Thermal
Fusion Enzyme Masque and Facial Scrub. How would they compare to the
Re-9 scrub and masque, I have never tried them. My skin is
maturing(although I am not very wrinkled it's just changing) but still
oily at certain times of the month.
I need to order products, what masques/scrubs do you reccommend for me to try this time?

Hi~
I would recommend contacting your sponsor and see if she has any samples of the different masques so that you can try them and see which ones you like better. I use the Thermal Fusion Enzyme Masque as well as the RE9 Deep Pore Masque. Some people find the Extra Strength Masque too strong and others really like it. So, I would recommend trying them out and seeing which ones you like better for your skin. :)

I think Cindi has a great idea.
I have tried just about everything thatthey has put out. I was really excited when they came out with the RE9 masque & scrub. But I have to say I ended up preferring the originals. The extra strength masque is pretty intense but I guess I like that in a face masque, lol. The mild masque & the RE9 just didn't quite do it for me. (I also have really oily skin) And I love the basic scrub, it leaves my skin tingly & fresh. Plus the smell peps me up a bit. It seems to have a bit more scrub to it than the RE9 one did.
It just kind of depends on you so it prob would be best to see if you can sample both the RE9 products. Or you can always order it then return if you need to. Edited by: Soonergirl74

That's exactly what I needed to know, thanks Jennifer. I will stick
with Extra Strength Masque and Facial scrub. Although, looks like
Arbonne is scrapping the Bio- Hydria, Bio- Matte. Regular basics,
Thermal Infusion Enzyme and Rejuvenating cream for something new and
improved according to the other post. I will still start my new program
because it is likely those products will go on sale (like the basic
line is this month)
I am sure that is why the Open for Business NOW sales aids pack is on backorder too.
Thanks ladies, I will keep you posted.

Hi Cheryl,
I use the RE9 mask, but I did try the ESM. It definitely "hardened" and tightened my skin a lot! But the end result was similiar, as far as what my skin felt like afterwards. I think my DH likes me usingthe extra strength becasue it gets so tightI can't talk for a little while. I admit it, I'm a total chatter box!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Great Cheryl!Hope it all works for ya. I panicked for a minute when I found out awhile back that they were taking Bio Matte off. And I had another panick attack yesterday witht eh TTFM & rej cream. (And my basicmasque & scrub) But I know if they are pulling them then it means theyhave something better. And you are right that they'll be on sale so that means we can scoop up some great deals.
Though I may not recover if they take away my Personalizer. smileys/smiley28.gif
Meg, that is too funny about your husband!

You girls are hysterical,smileys/smiley36.gif I
know what you mean about being anxious to see new products. My daughter
absolutely loved the Bio-Matte Moisture for Day and since she has been
using something else, her skin just doesn't look as good. Can't wait
for the new oil free products (I am sure they will have something!)
come out. She has such lovely skin to begin with, we want to keep it
that way!

I have oily skin and the womens' RE9 is too oily for me, but as cross-gender as this may be I LOVE the men's RE9 moisturizer! That's what I switched to after the Bio-matte went bye-bye and I'm so happy I did! Maybe it will help me get in touch with my masculine-side!smileys/smiley36.gif
