Oh my goodness! I called Mia Bella with a tax question, and the
person who answered the phone didn't know the answer, so she said she
would have someone call me back. IT WAS CHARLIE - YES as in
CHARLIE ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY! I was in shock, I just
got the answer to my question, said thank you and hang up! (Oops)
But how awesome is it that one of the OWNERS would call to answer my
question!! WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!!

It is GREAT! That's the wonderful thing, the owner's are obtainable. They dont' leave the work to others, they help out when ever possible. I had emailed C/S on Monday and got a call today from them! They are soo HELPFUL!
