I missed my group appointment time because I went into the hospital to have my little girl. Does anyone know who I can contact to get it rescheduled for Teletech? I tried to go back into the system to reschedule but there were no times. Any suggestions?

Congratulations on the birth of your little girl. I would recommend going to the TeleTech@Home website. Click on the "Live Help" button and see if they can help you. I'm in the application process, too. Good luck to you.

I was able to contact someone on live help to assist me in my problem however I still did not get hired. What did I say that would not make them hire me in the group interview process?
