I have never received the following error message and not sure what to do:
"The entered hours don't follow overtime guidelines for New Mexico.
Weekly hours must be entered as OVERTIME after 40 REGULAR hours in a
week."
I did not work more than 3 hours in a single day, and only 10.50 hours for the whole week.
Does anyone know what this means? I did work 6 days and worked on a holiday. Could that be what this is erroring about?
It states overtime must be used after 40 hours, but I didn't work 40 hours.

Hi InfoBear,
I'm assuming you looked at your timesheet to see if the total isn't a bazillion hours? If you accidentally choose the wrong AM/PM you'll end up with a whole lot more hours.
Also: have you tried again to make sure the error message isn't just a glitch?
The error message seems to be about the number of hours, not the number of days you worked or it being on a holiday. And the # of hours shouldn't be an issue because 10.5 is not >40
If you keep having this problem I would call them tomorrow and tell them what the problem is. I've never called them for anything but from what I've heard WFL are a pretty nice bunch.

Yes I looked through the timecard to verify that there were no "crazy" hours listed and the total time for the week is 10.50.
I even logged out and logged back in and resubmitted.
I'm not usually up before the timecards are due on Mondays but guess I'll have to set the alarm.
