I know that the proleif is recommended for men & teens, too. I am considering starting my 14yr daughter on this for pms symptoms & fatigue.Does anyone else's teen use this? She just seems tired all the time. She's been for blood work & all is in normal range. She takes the teen vitamins & those seem to work pretty well. I'm considering switching her to the womens I for the iron - I think that will help.

Fatigue at this age is very normal. I heard something on TV that teens biologically need at least 9.25 hours of sleep per day.
I did try to have my teen daughter use the Prolief but she would forget more than she remembered, so we gave up. If she couldn't use it faithfully, I'd rather not have her using it at all.
Were your daughter's iron levels normal? Mine were very low just recently and it really messed up my life! I was tired allllll the time, cranky, foggy, and depressed.
It's up to you and your daughter if you want to try it. I think the usual age recommendation is 16, but use your best judgement. HTH! smileys/smiley1.gif

Before putting your daughter on any hormone I would highly recommend</span> that her Dr looks at it.
Iron levels are very important. Sometimes and Iron supplement can
do wonders. Also, is she using the premenstrual formula?

No, she's not using the pre menstrual formula. She takes clear advantage & teen vitatmins & it is a struggle to get her to take those! I make her take them & watch her do it (ha ha). I was thinking that the womens I might have more iron than the teen vitamins - will need to get on the arbonne site & do a little research.
