I am thinking of ordering the de-tox tea & the going going gone suppliment for weight loss. I don't have a blender & am usually gone most of the day, so don't want to commit to the shakes. Anyone have experience with these two products? I'm wondering if I would be wasting my $$ if I don't commit to doing everything (the shakes, chews, etc). I'm starting to step up my exercise & watch my eating. Your thoughts?????

Bev,
I use all of the products in the system with the exception of the chews (I ran out!). I love the de-tox tea and feel it is beneficial if you're trying to lose weight or not. I've read other ladies say that they feel fuller when they take the supplements. I can't honestly say I've had that experience...I know that the shakes help me by providing balanced nutrition that I don't have to think about. If I'm going to be gone during the day (I'm a gardener), I'll mix up a shake in the morning and put it in the freezer until I leave. It's still creamy and cold by the time I get to it. I think most of us don't realize how much we eat, even while "watching what we eat". The shakes really help with that, but certainly aren't the only option. I just find it a really easy program. Exercise is also very important, as is drinking lots of water. I also avoid diet sodas - I drink a LOT of herbal teas with Stevia.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
