Hi, one of my friend use to sell on ebay but recently after recieving a complaint from customer ebay shut the account down completely and won't re-instate his account or let him open a new one.
He was a genuine seller but the complaint made by the customer was regarding an glass item that was sent via post which got damaged when it was on the post at the same time he had 2 more dispute filled on his account and recieved negative feedback for them which lead to suspension of account. Ebay says his did not meet the sellers performance and violated their selling policy.
Does anyone know if there is any way he could get his account reistated. Please help. Thanks.

Suggest you to call eBay directly and ask for their advice. Much better than wild guess and random trial which may make the things worse.
