Just got my Re9 day creme, but it won't dispense. Any ideas?

Sometimes when you first get them, you have to pump them a bit.


If that doesn't work, call Arbonne and they will send you a new one :D

I had the same problem, in front of a class - EMBARASSING (Inow know to ALWAYS make sure the pumps work before presenting them to a class)!!! Mine ended up working, I just had to "pump" the product what seemed like100-200 times! Not sure if this helps, but I can relate. :)

This has happened to me a lot with the day creme and eye creme. I was told by an Arbonne customer service rep that it helps to pump them slowly. When you pump fast it causes air bubbles. I also shake the bottle before I try to pump.

After pumping it forever, I unscrewed the cap & scraped the lotion off the end of the tube. Then held it upside down & pumped slowly until it bubbled. Screwed it back on & pumped again acouple times. Voila! It worked!

Arbonne told me if they packages get too cold, they have problems pumping at first. They get cold when sitting over night on the UPS truck, or on your fronch porch for too long. Whenever I get mine, I place the bottle sitting up in warm water for about 10 minutes. This usually works well. Sometimes I have to shack them and pump alot too.
