Does anyone here do the home party plan for boyds bears? If so, I'm looking for some detailed info on it.

Hi Cindy,
I was once an avid collector of the Boyds resin figurines (before Gary Lowenthalretired), so when I heard about the Boyds Bears party plan I got really excited. It's rather odd in the way that it's structured... reps work through the local storefront retailer that carries Boyds. Back when I was looking into it, I submitted a request for information. Apparently those requests are sent directly to the participating retailer closest to you. Sadly, I never heard back. And I didn't bother banging down their door for more information because if they're not conscientious enough to follow up with a hot lead, it doesn't bode well for doing business with them long-term. HOWEVER, that could be just my local retailer. And their failure to respond doesn't mean that other Boyds retailers wouldn't make it an awesome experience for you. smileys/smiley1.gif Let us know what you find out!

Well, it must be my local retailer too. I had almost the exact same experience.
Heat Warming Creations does carry them. I have a good friend (Patt Noll) who's a HWC Consultant - I'm sure she'd be more than happy to help you out.
