How does FEH keep the soy waxbars from melting when shipping in the summer heat?
I know another company that has bars packs theirs with ice packs and insulated cooler type bags, what does FEH do to protect their bars during shipping from melting?
Thanks!

Karla,
Our candles are packaged in individual recyclable boxes and the bars are wrapped in bubble wrap. Then they are covered with another type of recyclable cardboard stuffing. The candles would have to be out in the direct sun quite a while to melt inside the main box then the individual boxes. I make sure mine are put in my garage if I am gone. But as to date I have never had a customer or heard of one that has received melted products. And I am consultant #9 http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

I just got 2 big boxes full of different items and my 18monthold son got to the box before I put it away. He thinks it's fun to toss the smaller 1oz canldes in the boxes. So I guess you could say the packaging it "toddler" proof to.
