General Position Expectations:

The Business Support Associate is responsible for providing phone-based and computer-aided business support services for our clients. The Business Support Associate will be the primary contact to customers of our clients. Therefore, exceptional phone skills are required in this position. Accuracy and attention to detail are also crucial to ensuring necessary information is relayed to the appropriate parties.
Required Time Commitment:

* Generally, this position operates on a 30 to 40-hour workweek (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
* The Business Support Associate may be required to work extra or odd hours due to heavy workloads and cyclical demands.
* Schedules are created on a weekly basis.

Essential Responsibilities:
Operate Phones & Computer

* Provide exceptional service to customers of our clients.
* Spend majority of workday assisting callers according to clients' instructions.
* Gather accurate and detailed information regarding each call.
* Deliver and/or relay information accurately.
* Effectively and efficiently operate a computer-based phone system.
* Exercise proficiency in a Windows-based environment.

Other Responsibilities

* Provide sales assistance and customer service to Solestruck customers.
* Quote prices and encourage prospective clients to use VoiceCurve's services.
* Provide billing information to VoiceCurve customers, such as their account standing and balance, and identify items on their statements.
* Accurately enter information into appropriate computer databases.
* Complete mailings and billings sent out to customers and prospective customers.
* Follow up on mail received and returned.
* Compile reports and statistical information as needed.
* Dependably handle customer payments.
* Perform clerical duties, such as sorting mail, typing, proofreading, and filing.
* Other projects as assigned.

Specific Skills Required:

* Type 30 wpm minimum.
* Exceptional customer service skills: efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude.
* Be highly organized and accurate.
* Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.
* Keep all company and client information confidential.
* Be timely in arriving for scheduled shifts and completing tasks.
* Operate and navigate a computer-based phone system.
* Operate phones and computers for vast majority of workday.
* Maintain professional demeanor in occasionally stressful and difficult situations
