I am so excited to be with Arbonne! I understand what I need to do to make district and have already done my $1000 in my start month. I understand this qualifies me for "1st step" district. What does this mean in comparison to district?

1st Step District just means that you are on the "1st step" to becoming district :D

you can finish District in one, two, or three months. Your first month qualifying for District is what "first step district" means. Lets say you finish qualifying for DMnext month, you will "finish district". If you take 3 months to qualify for DM, then next month will be "second step district" and the third month you will "finish district".
