I was talknig to a girl today and she said that she found a way to make toner last longer.
She hates the feel of cotton balls. So, she rinses them with water and then squeezes all the excess water out. She uses the damp cotton ball to apply her toner. She said that since the cotton is wet, it won't soak up the toner like it would if it was dry. smileys/smiley1.gif
Just FYI :D

I know so someone who put it in a spray bottle. Then she just mists her face. Not sure how effective it is, but sounds like a good idea.
She said if she needs to freshen up in the afternoon, she gives herselft a spritz.

Water naturally is at about 7.0 pH (I have well water and mine is higher at 7.5 pH). Our toners are pH correct to your skin, meaning they are about 5.5. Using cotton balls dampened with water kinda defeats the purpose, at least in my opinion.

My toner comes in a spritz bottle... soI am not sure why someone would need to change? I just spray it on my face rather than using a cotton ball.

I thought that one of the reasons for the toner was to remove final traces of the wash and any leftover makeup and dirt. That is why I use a cotton ball to wipe.
