Ok, I have been looking for management software for my home-based tutoring service. Obviosly there is none out there except for the one company who requires me to be their whole package for $6000.00. I really don't need anything but the software. I need tutor forms, tutee forms, accounting, scheduling, billing, contracts, assessments and so on. Maybe I should hire someone to create this for me but I am afraid of the cost or if anyone could help me at all. In fact, I need a nice, professional website and logo as well.
Does anyone have any advice for me? I am getting frustrated because I keep hitting walls. I would love for some wonderful WAHM to help me out, give me advice, and so on!!
Thanks so much!!

Do you need those forms for your site, or for your personal use? All those I think you can find in Quick Books Pro smileys/smiley2.gif

Have you tried Clever Apple?
She sells a start-up kit with the forms etc and I think it's very reasonably priced......

You could also try posting it as a project on scriptlance.com
You would need to set up a webmaster account (it is free) and then post the project requirements. You'll get bids from people who can do the work.
Just be careful - don't pay anyone until the work is done and you've tested it!

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and also a work at home mother of one beautiful daughter. I offer website design on the barter system or paid services. I haven't done any software in a while. The last piece of software I wrote was for a lawyer to keep track of his race horces. I could fix both of your delimas if you're interested. Just PM me if you would like to discuss this further.
Cheers,
Misti
