**first applied for this job in April and things went pretty quick at first...almost 2 months later here is where I am now.............
<DIV id=EC_post_message_761491>After sending more than 6 emails I finally received one back that says that my interview was preliminary so cloud 10 could decide, when and if a job opens up that I qualify for, whether they want to invite me to apply for it. That was more than a week ago and have not heard anything else.
I am not an idiot and this is not the first time I have applied, interviewed for, and accepted a job.
This is however the first time a company tried to leave me in the dark after flat out offering me a job....and then tried to make me feel like I do not know what was said and offered in the interview!
The email that invited me to make an appt to interview in the first place said this was a pre-scheduling interview.
Then when I talked to Bonni she told me right out 'congratulations, I would like to offer you this job. We will next inform you when the training classes start...etc...she wanted me to update my computer, which I did right away and she asked me to commit to the job she was offering me---more than once she asked me this, and I did commit.... she did not know when this project would start, but believed it would sometime mid-may.....'
when that time frame came and went is when I became concerned---especially after reading the messages online from others how have been in this same situation.
Like I have said in previous posts...because I committed to cloud 10 I turned down 2 other work at home jobs..that by the way are no longer available. It makes me ill to think I could have been working all this time and even have earned 2 paychecks by now.
My daughter graduates high school in a few days and I planned to use the majority of my earnings to do something for her.....
now even this is postponed.
The only think I asked from Cloud 10 is an explanation of why things happened this way. Is this how they treat all potential employees?
I am still looking for a job.
(not holding my breath for cloud 10)
...and am hoping and keeping fingers crossed that something turns up soon!

I can understand unforseen things happening and a company having to make changes about who to hire and when....but at least they could communicate a little better and be somewhat considerate.
Even the worst call centers at least do this much...and never have I seen a company not have HR phone numbers available. Like so many other things, I was also told in my interview if I had any questions do not hesitate to contact someone at cloud 10....they did not warn me not to expect an answer.
