Dark Chocolate Raspberry Iced Coffee
ingredients
1½ cups of your favorite coffee - cooled,
½ cup DOVE Chocolate Discoveries<SUP>™</SUP> (DCD) Dark Sipping Chocolate powder,
2 Raspberry Cocoa Butter Flavor Discs,
½ cup half & half,
Ice cubes,
Whipped cream,
Shaved DCD Dark Chocolate,
Sweeten to taste
preparation
1. In blender, blend coffee and Dark Sipping Chocolate.
2. Place Raspberry Discs in small microwave-safe bowl with ½ tsp water; cook on HIGH 20-30 seconds or until melted and smooth.
3. Add melted raspberry flavor disc and half & half to coffee; blend on high speed.
4. Pour into 2 ice filled glasses; garnish with dollop of whipped cream and shaved Dark chocolate.
