With the addition of this new comp plan update, why would anyone not want to join this great company http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif! They think of everything.

The following is an update (from corporate) on our compensation plan.

"We implemented something into the comp plan several years ago in order to be compliant in Canada. It is something Ive always felt should be a part of both the USA and Canada comp plan. This month we make that so.

The comp plan enhancement we made was to give the Associate program full payout in the compensation plan.

Now before you start thinking ...Oh NO, this will ruin our cotm signup .Let me explain why this has been done.

With the introduction of the Mia Bella Beauty Line of Cosmetics we feel that there is a huge potential for "wholesale customers/part time business builders" who will come on board the program. The "wholesale buyer/distributor" is a key player in most mlm programs...but this is usually best done with consumable products which are 30-60 day and daily consumption....while candles are consumable they are not generally considered to be a 30-60 day daily consumable (yes there is a small fragment of the population who treat candles like that, but not enough to sustain a huge wholesale buyer group in a direct selling
company.

Because the Mia Bella Beauty line will be a KEY attractor for many who would not have been attracted to a candle program, we want to give those people the option to come into the program and build via the cosmetics division...Yes, we have introduced a Personal Care Monthly Auto Ship program for those who want the deeper discount, but we want to be able to attract cosmetic oriented distributors who won't feel as if they are being commited to something they neither want to use or sell.

The Associate who has a business mindset will eventually see that he or she is paying $15 per month for his/her business website as an associate and that would be free with the cotm or personal care of the month program...so most will eventually enroll under one of those programs...

What we have found is that those who want to work the business WILL switch over to an auto ship program if they opt to be in business." (Charlie Umphred)

This sounds great and will be a huge incentive for people to sign up. I've had a couple of people interested but were hesitant about the COTM price, at least to start out. Now I can go back to these individuals andhopefully bring them on board.

Just curious. Was this info sent out in an email?...I haven't received any Scent-sations emails lately. Just curious.

We have one of the lowest autoships I have ever heard of, if not THE lowest. ANd to earn on a team, it's unbelievable. I was with a company (briefly) where to earn on my team, I had tohave $1000 in sales a month. Another I know is $500..
but
we have the flexibility if we dont have a great month in sales, or want to take a vacation, or are sick or anything, we can still get our check. Did you all see the e-mail by Bob Slast week? He hasn't worked the business since Nov due to bad health but he's still getting his monthly direct deposit because he gets his cotm. Awesome huh??

Really, it's a great plan . and thats not even mentioning the HIGH marked up on retail sales. and still such reasonably priced products! I was looking at the "Y" brand the other day in a store, and they were quite high.

I agree. It's just something with people's attitudes in my local area. Home business just don't go over very well. I just lost most of my Avon workplace customers to a large lay off. I couldn't even get them interested in Avon or Mia Bella.

Oh,and I was definitley missing emails. I just checked my backoffice profile and for some reason my email address was no longer listed...no idea why, but it's fixed. Hopefully I didn't miss any more big news!
