I'm getting ready to test new grounds for me.... Flea Markets. Come this weekend I'm placing a mega order to get my flea market venture started. My husband and I are ready to give that a whirl! We know results will literally from day to day - but - either way I will have ALL of my materials there including CD's - promoting the business as well.
On the down side - I won't be able to take credit card orders - however, to compensate, our flea market has an ATM machine near the office!
If my shipment comes to me in time, I'm hoping to have my booth up and running on Saturday the 25th!
Keep your fingers crossed for me, and if any of you have flea markrt tips - feel free to post them! I'm receptive to all!

Thats great .. I'm doing the same thing, except I dont havea date set. I have to order votive holders and a couple of cases of candles. Burn tons of CD's. I'm going to take a walk through a couple of them to get an idea of the atmosphere. YEAH.. smileys/smiley1.gif
Make sure you get a clear frame holder so you can put your prices on that. I would get a huge supply of votive holders and display them with the votives in them. Line them up on the table, so you have one side with all different votives and the other side the jars. In the middle I would put the brochures, and cd's ... I would get a sign for the front of the table. If you dont have one I'm sure you can print a nice sign up and put it in a plain frame to stand up on the table. You should get filler bags ... hand those out to everyone that come by. Free marketing technique !! Send out an email requesting fillers and make up cute bags of information. Great ideas Christina! I do havea little bitof time to prepare!
I'm also going to make a box to have them fill out a form - I may have them going into their choice of drawings - whether it's a half dozen votives from me or a chance to enter the company's website drawing for the free jar. They of course are agreeing to receive periodicspecials mailed (or e-mailed) to them and I will state as such. Trying to build up a mailing list for a little trickle effect campaign smileys/smiley2.gif
