Hi all,

I am very interested in hearing what percentages of salesyour plans offer as commissions, so please participate in the poll. The poll won't work so good if a whole bunch of people post the samecompany's stats, so along with your poll, please write a simple message stating what company you have responded for (no need to put the plan's details in the post, just the name is enough) so that we limitduplication. I am going to post a couple other polls about compensation, and very interested to hear what you have tosay. If you don't want to post a public message, pm me and I'll post a list of companies that are represented. Thanks for reading!

PS Lets try to report % of RETAIL if possible, not wholesale.

I posted for Latasia & Co. Jewelry, we make 40% until $1500 is sold then it's 50% from then on, forever.

I also voted for Discovery Toys. We make 20% off the retail sales with a 5% bonus when $625 is sold in a month and 10% when $1250 is sold in a month.

I am with Mia Bella also, and because we can set our own prices, I always
have a minimum of 100% profit margin. I live in an area where the market
will pay a bit more than the SRP of the products, which is great for
fundraising!

Don't forget about RESIDUAL INCOME commission, as this is REALLY where
the money lies. If you look over company newsletters you will see that the
top earners are rarely the top sellers. The compensation plan for Mia Bella is
10% on level one, 5% on levels 2-5, then back up to 10% on level 6, 5% on
levels 7 & 8, and then 1% to infinite levels.

As a lia sophia Advisor, you earn 30% commission onyour sales (regular price and half-price items). That's what I put for the poll.

However, once you make manager, you earn 40% commission on your sales plus10% on your unit's sales, plus 5% on 1st and 2nd level promoted units, plus 2% on 3rd,4th and 5th level promoted units.Edited by: amberg

Southern Living at HOME 25% of all retail sales, plus up to another 9% on total team sales.

Plus, we do not pay for business supplies. SLAH puts an additional5% of retail sales in a business supply account. We use that money to purchase all supplies and giveaways.

Plus... Trips, incentive prizes, etc. My total in prizes for 2005 was almost $8,000. Including 2 tripswith 1 that included my husband too. That really is an extra bonus that I love.

I didn't vote, because I think Christy already did for Home and Garden Party, but I wanted to add to her post - in addition to everything she said, which is correct - we also make in commission on our first three levels 3% of retail. When you reach Diamond Infinity level - the commission on your first three levels doubles to 6% and you start earning overrides (3%) on levels 4,5,6,.... to infinity. This is all on retail not wholesale. In addition, when signing a new designer, while she is making her first $1500 in sales, her sponsor receives a 10% training bonus.
