I had a customer contact me today through my website b/c she bought an re9 set at a trade show and she cant contact the consultant. She thinks the set is old. She cannot get the wash to pump and the serum smells bad. There is nothing I can do for her though b/c she doesn't have the original order #. Just another reminder why buying any product like this is a BAD IDEA! All my personal clients who have needed to return/exchange product have never had any problem at all! I even exchanged a face wash from a purchase 9 months ago!
