Hi Lauren,

Try clearing out your cache, temporary internet files, etc. That usually does the trick. Let me know if you're still having problems after 'cleaning.'

Same here! It works with Firefox (which I do not like using) but not my IE :( :(

I'll try clearing.

Clearing still doesn't work. I've had this login problem for months on this board.

Please help! I still get this msg when I use my IE:
<table ="errorTable" align="center" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><t><tr>
<td>Error: Un-Successful Login</td></tr>
<tr>
<td>Your login was un-successful due to a session tracking error.

Please
ensure that cookies are enabled on your web browser and you are not hiding or
masking your IP address.
</td></tr></t></table>

I'm pretty sure my cookies are enabled as I've never had that problem before anywhere else. And how would I even know if my IP address is masked?

That's the type of error that usually clears up when everything is cleaned out - temporary internet files, history, cookies, everything. Did you clean all of those things?

Also, if you don't know if your IP is masked, it's more than likely not. smileys/smiley36.gif

One other thing - when I used to use IE, there was something with my security where I had to add wahm.com to my Trusted Sites list. You can do that by going into Tools/Options/Security/Trusted Sites.
