Hello all,

I don't know if there is already a post about this here (I don't have time to go back through 14 pages of posts! lol) but I would like general info on this opportunity.

I know it is a division of Tupperware, and I tried selling Tupperware, with disastrous results. NO ONE would buy it!

From what I have gathered this is a home party business where you demonstrate cosmetics. Can this business be done without doing home parties? I am very busy with work and school and school is my #1 priority right now. I might be able to do one party a month but that's it!

What is the cost of the kit, and what is included? I was disappointed with the Tupperware kit because it was only a few pieces, not enough to show. But I guess you get what you pay for since it was only $25! lol It just seemed like they were coming out with new products every week, that the consultants had to purchase for their demonstration kit! I would have been spending more money buying these demonstration pieces, than I was actually making! Is BeautiContol the same way? Do you have to constantly buy products for your demo kit?

What is the compensation plan (how much is commission)?

What are other ways to make money besides home parties? And how successful are they?

Thanks,

Anne

p.s. I would prefer responses from consultants in central Florida (Orlando area). Thanks!

Anne,

If you keep searching for a home business and don't find the right fit, I'd like to point out virtual assisting to you...not sure if it's a fit, but it's something not everyone knows is out there yet. If you go to this site's basic forum, you will find a group for virtual assistants. Good luck in your hunt!
