Hi all, just wanted to give my work at home family a heads up. If you have a prepaid card for this company, just be aware that yet another U.S based company has outsourced to India as of yesterday. They still have some of their employees left but eventually everyone will be jobless because they want to cust costs. Just be aware when you call in to customer service it may be a little different. Oh wow. I had an account with them for years and just changed to USAA last year. I was really happy with Account Now, super nice folks when you called them. Such a shame.
