Is anyone currently a independent contractor for VipDesk? If so do you enjoy working for them. Are they a good company to work.

I was an IC for VipDesk until January this year. They are an excellent company to work for! They expect a lot from you as far as quality of service you provide, but they give you a lot in return. A decent per hour pay, lots of support from everybody from tech support to scheduling to your supervisors. I've worked for three different WAH companies and Vip Desk was the best experience of them all. Unfortunately, the client terminated their contract with them, so we were all let go. They were very supportive, they let us know two days after they got word, they had several conference calls where we could express our thoughts about it and support each other so we could go out with a bang! They cheered us on for our entire last week. If you can get on with VipDesk, you'll be in good hands. Good luck!smileys/smiley32.gif

I worked there in late 2007. They are one of the best WAH companies but they do expect everyone--yes-even CSR to be reallllllly good in sales. That was my only complaint. I have years of CSR experience but don't really like to try to sell a disgruntled customer something.

I work for them and I love it, been there for 2 years. good money, pretty flexible, if you can get in, you will love it.
