Hi, Cherish Bound Reps,
This seems like a great opportunity. I love digital scrapbooking and it seems like this takes it to a new level. Tell me more. I have explored the website, and have a few questions:
1. What is the pressure like to recruit?
2. Are there sales quotas or anything similar?
3. What kind of training is offered?
4. What made you choose CB?
Thanks!

Hi!! Excited you found us!! we're excited to have a folder too! ;O)
It's
an amazing opportunity. If you're into Digital Scrapbooking you find this is a
great way to take your create skills and put them to use with our system. you
have lots of freedom in our templates and system so you don't have to feel
restricted. However, we do promote lots and lots of story and have an actual
product line that customers purchase from to help them with the process if they
wish. So you can hit multiple demographics and not be limited to the
scrapbooking crowd.
to answer your questions...
1. No pressure to
recruit. You can run CB as a hobby or a business on multiple levels depending
on your goals. There are
2. No sales quotas to meet. I can email you
our advancement grid. You'll see its very basic and VERY do-able. The only
"requirement" is to have activity at least ONCE every 2 quarters (6 months)
activity can be any of these... 1. You personal publishing OR 2. a customers
publishing OR 3. an minimum purchase from our online store. So it's EASY to
stay active and receive your discount as well as earn commission on your
customers. There are levels that you can work up towards that require different
amounts, but you won't go in active.
3. Lots of training! I'm one of 6
national leaders and I do constant weekly trainings for CB and my team. We have
company training via conference calls, annual convention, January Local
conferences, online resources (all of the consultants resources, handouts, and
many of the marketing materials are online for consultant to download and print
for FREE!)
4. I started because I was scrapbooker and was missing the
story. I LOVED the products and story starters that CB offered. I also loved
the technology and the BOOKS! the books are beautiful! the quality is
amazing...I did my homework. I didn't want monthly fees or memberships like
other places. I also loved CB's compensation plan. it's do-able and realistic.
it works too! ;O) I really loved the support and personable feeing that CB
offered and I fell in love with the mission behind families and stories.
I loved that they archived our books too...for NO extra fee!! there are so many reasons....but when I started it was mostly on gut ;O) i just knew it was the right thing....and then quickly discovered the reseaons why it was so right.
My email is tarabrown at cherishbound dot com
you can drop me an email if you
want. then I can send you the compensation plan so you can see it for
yourself.
Thanks for your interest!
Tara

Tara has given a great answer! I want to add to what she said and share my Cherish Bound experience.
I chose Cherish Bound because I am not a sales person. I am also not a social party person. But with Cherish Bound, I don't feel like a sales person. Instead of pressuring people to buy a product, I feel like I am sharing something I love and helping people with something that is important to them....preserving their family's story. I feel like I am providing a service, rather than pushing a product that people feel like they have to buy out of obligation from me.
I love that I can run my business however I want. There are no major corporate rules and regulations. This is great because Cherish Bound also values the person who becomes a consultant just for the discount on their own personal books.
I recruit only when and how I want. And the only reason why I recruit? Because I want other people to experience the same wonderful experience I have had.
I also like that I don't have to spend a ton of money on my business. You only buy what you want and what you need...when you need it.
The training is absolutely amazing! Not only does your upline (mine is Tara) stay in constant contact with you and train you, you can get help from any Cherish Bound consultant. For example, if someone is really good at doing an email newsletter, that consultant teaches us all how to do it. Cherish Bound has a very open, friendly community atmosphere and makes me feel that I am never alone or "left out to dry."
Sorry for my rambling...I just had to share why I love Cherish Bound so much!
