Can anyone suggest some good software to use? I feel overwhamed with coming up with formsfor everything. I am just starting off. I have been doing events for my church for years and now I have decieded to make money for it.

have you heard of event solutions? i think they offer quite a few options... they have an online magazine ...

There is software out there called Total Khaos designed by Seven Eighteen that is very cheap and can be customized to include what you want.
