Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar and voice quality
Ability to learn via live instructor lead phone/conference call
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment

COMPUTER SKILLS

Excellent to high computer skills- use internet daily, knowledgeable with downloading programs and emailing file attachments.
Skilled with using chat and instant message communications.

Able to work with seven to fifteen browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows. </DIR></DIR>
