Has anyone listened to it? I wanted to recommend it for anyone who needs a structured approach. It really is nothing new & Barbara Eisenthal says as much. It is more so talking about having a structure or plan. This has been one of my greatest struggles as I started my business.
For thos who have listened, I would love to hear your feedback & thoughts.

Based on your recommedation, I'll have to listen to it again! I didn't get much out of it the first time, and I again listened to it last night. You're right, there's nothing new, and maybe that's why it didn't hit home with me.

I think I really like the concept and would like to have a copy of her matrix/chart. I am going to listen again and try to make one myself from it. I think it is nice that you can use it to help someone visualize the process so they don't feel like it is unattainable or moretime consumingthan it really is.
Hannah Dugan did a fabulous job of mapping her approach and as consultants I think her calls were invaluable. I think this is just another tool. It is a great way to see where the folks on your team are and allows them to see it as well. I have heard about consultants who are trying to build a biz and somehow their sponsors lose sight of them in the hustle & bustle of it all. I think this will be a great way to better track someone's progress in our organizations. I think it will be a great help to me in helping me schedule my working time if I know who needs what from me rather than just taking calls as things come up. It will also help teach my team to schedule certain times in their work schedule withspecific activities. This may be old hat for many folks but not having that example to duplicate, it is an eye opener for me. I do these things in my j-o-b(after training & years of experience) but it has been a struggle for me with this venture as I am new to the industry, both NWM & health & wellness. Thank goodness I only have 1 not so active due to family issue biz builder at this point. I will be able to implement this as I grow.
I have been moving ahead since Hannah's call,have completed all of the Arbonne U courses,and now with the concepts from this call in mind, I feel like I can shoot to the next level. I LOVE this company and all of the awesome tools they give us!!!Edited by: Kiana's Mom
