Okay all my experienced friends - talk to me about what you put in your host packet. I'm wondering if I have too much. I've made myself a check list so I know what each packet still needs.

I was tossing in a few but then realized this could be expensive if they want me to provide 40 invites.

Here's what I do. I print off the guest special flyers and put one in each of two catalogs. They go on the right side of my folder along with 10 outside order forms. (I have a cute outside order form someone else in Sensaria made if you'd like me to email it to you- just PM me your email.) Then on the right hand side I put the hostess planner with the the host bonus flyer inside.Then inside our Lifestyle brouchure I tucka recruiting agreement, sensaria fact sheet, comp plan (just the first 2 pages) and a FAQ by new reps sheet. And of course my card tucked into the folder slot.

Then I mail them the next day after the spa a letter that I got from convention (from hostess coaching for a $1,000 spa) and a hostess tic-tac-toe.

For invites I have been spliting the invites with them. I encourage them to in the next two days call everyone on their guest list and ask them to save the date for their spa then we'll send reminder invites. I collect the addresses from those they don't see everyday and I mail those for them and then I mailthe hostesssome to pass out to those they see and remind them to keep a few in their purse for those they might have fogotten to put on their list. Any invites you mail out for your hostess are of course something you should keep track of for year -end deductions but I also know that the reminder invites went out on time... I use the postcard invites and at I think $1.50 for 40- it's not bad at all. I use the large flyer invites as the new product flyers for my catalogs but not as invites any more. I had too many responses from my hosts that their guests hadn't realized it was an invite.

I'm happy to share anything that I have. We've been pretty quiet over there lately but I will try to make sure I add the newer paper items I've been given lately by sometime tomorrow.
