Hi Shoppers!
I have retail shops available at a popular health store! For this shop you must already have the store’s Gold Card. (If you do not have a Gold Card, you can still perform this shop if you are willing to purchase a card a few days before your shop or at a different location.) If you purchase a card to do this shop, you would be required to mail it to Service Sleuth after completing the shop in order to be reimbursed for purchasing the card. You can NOT purchase one during the shop.
You must visit the store on the date assigned. You will make a purchase in the $10 to $12 range and present the discount card to see if they will accept the card and give you the discount.
You must comment on everything that was said about the discount card…don’t leave anything out. We want to know if any additional discounts are offered and if a discount flyer is provided. (If so, you will need to mail this in as well as their original receipt if the discount is given.)
You will get paid a $10 fee plus you will be reimbursed for the purchase up to $12.
Shoppers MUST:
. Thoroughly review the Guidelines and the Shopper Report form before visiting the location.
. Purchase in the $10 to $12 range and present the discount card to see if they will give you the Gold Card discount.
. In the report you must comment on everything that was said about the discount card…don’t leave anything out. We want to know if any additional discounts are offered and if a discount flyer is provided (If so, you will need to mail this in as well as their original receipt if the discount is given.)
. Submit the report within 24 hours of completing the shop.
. You will need to contact the client for instructions on where to mail the receipt.
