Our recipe only uses cocoa butter and milk fat with no vegetable fat.
In 2004, the U.S. Food and DrugAdministration established a Standard
of Identity for White Chocolate. A product labeled and sold as white chocolate must contain at least 20% cocoa fat, 14% milk solids and 3.5% milk fat and not more than 55% sugar. White chocolate does not contain nonfat cocoa solids. If the formulation does not adhere to these standards, it cannot be called white chocolate.
The DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIESTM Chef-Series White Chocolate delivers a rich and creamy flavor with a pleasant level of sweetness. The whisper of chocolate flavor and smooth texture comes from the rich cocoa butter used to make this chocolate. The aftertaste of dairy and vanilla are similar to that of a rich ice cream.

White Chocolate is perfect for candy making (transfer sheets, chocolate bark)or as a contrasting decoration on milk or dark chocolate.

White Chocolate pairs well with berries and is perfect for your spring gettogethers
