I have a couple of skincare questions:
1. I have a 25 year old who used the 20's set but she got REALLY dried up. So I switched her with the Gold. She said it's better, but her chin keeps breaking out like crazy. I told her to use the scrub once a week since over using it can strip your natural oils, and the warming masque should help reduce blemishes after her skin gets use to it. Well, it's been a couple of weeks, what should I do for her now? Give her acne line tonic???

2. I have a 50 year old who uses BC TFF sometimes and MD. She uses other company products for her basic maintanance. She started getting bumps on her forehead. They aren't red but it's really bumpy. What do you suggest?

thanks!

My immediate thought on your 20-something client is that when the skin is introduced to good skin care, it reacts by bringing all the bad stuff to the surface and flushing it out of the skin. Given her age, I would assume she's probably never been exposed to really good skin care before, and this might be what's going on. It can take up to 12 weeks to get the skin back to normal. Clients hate to hear this, but it's the truth. If she went to a dermatologist and started on a prescription, she would have the same results. The acne would get alot worse before it got better and it would take at least 12 weeks. You could try adding in the AC toner....it's really strong so if she's sensitive that wouldn't work. But if she's not, it would really help control the acne. The other option might be to switch her to the Sensitive line.

And for your 50+ client.... Our products are designed to work together. I wonder since she is using another brand, if any of the ingredients are clashing with the TFF/MDA. ??? Or perhaps it's an allergy? Maybe she could try using TFF and MDA without using her regular maintenance for a few days and see if either of those is giving her the bumps.
