I was asked questions about my home equipment like do I have windows xp, printer, headphones, quiet working environment, a straight line with no features.
How often do you use a computer and what for
How comfortable are you with having several windows up at one time
If your computer crashes what would you do
If I emailed you an attatchment how would you save it to your computer
Tell me about one of your recent accomplishments that you are proud of
Tell me about a time when you provided excellent customer service
Tell me about a time when you blew it
What do you foresee as an obstacle if you take this job.
She asked about my previous call center experience.
She stressed how important it is to have a quiet working environment
Based on the questions I asked, I really don't think there are jobs available now!
