I haven't received a email from Scent-Sations in a while.. Are they sending them out??

I doubt you are 'off' the list!
Log into the back office and make sure you have a current email address under the 'profile' area.
If you do havea current email on file with scent-sations, make sure that scent-sations is on your 'allowed' list through your email system.
Since they email so many people, your ISP may be blocking their emails.
If the above 2 are already in check, then email our webmaster http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

I checked in my back office and there wasn't a email address on there, so I entered the email address.. and I updated it.. Thank you for your help.. I like getting emails from the company but I thought it was strange.

I also noticed that the credit card info isn't there.. But they took it out for the monthly Shipment. Maybe they didn't enter it..</font>

Diane,
I just checked and my CC info isn't there either. I think they change it so someone couldn't get our info in their hands. I think they have records of our cards in their database. They just did my autoship on Friday.

Have there been any emails going out from the company because I haven't received any yet. Do I have to call the Home Office to get me back on their mailing list??

When you go to "change your profile", there is a tab that says "distributor options". That shows which emails you are subscribed to.
