Hello everyone! Quick qestion. I became a DM in August, then went through my 2 building months and did nothing, then zero'd out my performance account the next month and didn't maintain the next. So now my "pay class" is Consultant but my "maintenance class" is DM. Does anyone know if I just need to do $2,500 (and maintain it this time) to get paid as a DM again. I currently have 3 new bb's this month and looking to go 1/2 way AM but I'm confised as to what my management status is right now and what do I need to do about it? Simply maintain with $2,500 or do $1,000 PRV + $5,000 to become a DM again. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME!!!!

I think that you have to qualify for DM again...smileys/smiley5.gif

yes, cindi you are correct. you have to do the entire qualification over again. however, if you do 6K this month and have 1K in PRV, you will be a DM again. Edited by: myarbonne

yep, gotta requalify for DM, but you said you were going to be half way to Area this month... so you should have no problems getting DM again

Thank you all so much for your help!! I guess I was just confused because the Policies & Procedures manual says (under Title Maintenance) "In case of reassignment from one level to the next, the former title will be kept for a period of time according to the schedule below: DM Level = 6 months." Can anyone explain to me what that even means? I do appreciate your help!! And yes, I do plan to go 1/2 way to AM this month. I just want to be very clear on all of this in case anyone on my team ever asks me this. Thank you so much again!!

Youkeep your title so you can "save face" and get your level back w/o having to change business cards or tell people you lost your title. Good luck going district again!
